The Eagles have been playing cricket out of 31–49 Mersey Main Rd since 1945, first as a country side, now as a full senior and junior club with a proper community hall attached.
Family-friendly is the through-line. Members keep playing as they get older, juniors come up through the grades, and the clubrooms double as a hireable venue that funds the parts of the club a sub fee can’t.

Community hall available for hire (birthdays, functions, fundraisers)
Long-running local sponsor list: Marion, Speedy, and other Devonport-area businesses
“It’s not just a club… it’s home. I can’t think of a better family club and a group of mates I’d want to be with every Saturday.”
Callan Perry, Facebook review
“Best sporting club in Tasmania.”
