How long it usually takes
Within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend submissions roll into Monday morning. If it’s been longer than 48 hours, your spam folder is the first place to check.
What we may ask you
- Your business URL (or a sketch of who you serve, if you don’t have one yet)
- Any deadline that matters
- The rough budget shape ($1.5k? $15k? $50k?)
- What you’ve already tried
- Whether you’re talking to other agencies
What you can prepare
- Any rough notes or sketches you’ve made already
- Two or three examples of work you admire (or hate)
- Names of competitors you don’t want to look like
What not to stress about
You don’t need a polished brief. You don’t need to call. You don’t need to have all the answers. The first reply is a conversation, not a quote.
