One coach’s electrical business booked a Name & Frame, and a parent’s tradie shop fired up a full-year Idea Engine scope.

Funds went straight into the away-tournament travel pool.

Their email list is small (about 1,200 supporters) but engaged. The GivesBack link sat in the footer of every newsletter for the quarter.

Five enquiries; three became clients. A vet practice rebrand, two Google Reviews Playbooks, and a small AI Playbook project for a local cafe owner who supports the sanctuary.

The Trust has a wide supporter base across the Bay of Plenty. The GivesBack link went into the supporter newsletter and on the donations landing page.

Strong response from local business owners who already donate — they swapped a one-off cash donation for a brand refresh and a year of creative fuel that gives back to the Trust automatically.

Got Questions?

Every club gets a unique URL with a tracking parameter. When someone visits PlainBlack through your link and submits an enquiry, that lead is tagged to your club. If they become a client, the attribution stays with you. We're transparent about the tracking and you can ask us for a report at any time.

We pay out when a project is completed and the client has paid their invoice. We transfer directly to your club's bank account with a clear description of which project the payment relates to. You'll always know exactly what you earned and why.

No minimum size. We work with junior sports clubs of twenty kids and national-level organisations alike. The only requirement is that you're a genuine club, group, or not-for-profit in Australia or New Zealand. We do a quick check before setting up your page, but the bar is low and the intention is to include as many good causes as possible.

It's a dedicated PlainBlack page featuring your club's name, logo, and a short description of your cause. It explains the GivesBack program, shows PlainBlack's services, and makes it easy for visitors to enquire. The page is hosted by PlainBlack so there's nothing for you to manage technically.

Zero. There are no fees to join, no ongoing costs, and no commitment required. You share the link when you want to. The program is designed to give community organisations a passive fundraising stream with no overhead. If it doesn't work out, there's nothing to cancel.

The tracking cookie stays active for 30 days. If someone clicks your link, goes away, and comes back within a month to enquire, the lead is still attributed to your club. After 30 days, the attribution resets.
